Brendan is so much like me it makes me nervous. He wanted a tree house built, but he wanted it to be UNIQUE. Just like I would. So... he designed an octagon (that is 8 sides for you Alabama folks) tree house that turns. Yes, I said "that turns". So what is a good Dad to do... off to home depot I went. I saw a Home Depot commercial and they showed a man how to build his son a tree house. You should have seen the look on their faces when I showed them the drawings for this deal here! Once it was built, I had to get Uncle Jeff to help me get it up the tree. We tied one end of a rope to his S-10 pick-up and pulled it up the tree. While it was suspended in the air, we built the platform to set it on. It was a big job to say the least.
